Asako Igawa serves up hot udon.

The annual JCI Carnival was held last weekend at the Gardena Valley Japanese Cultural Institute. Thousands attended and enjoyed the 2-day summer festival. The carnival included food, games, live entertainment, demonstrations, Japanese cultural arts displays, hands-on activities, nursery and a produce sale.
