Noodles: Oh, Natto!

Oh, natto. That slimy, smelly yet healthy Japanese dish of fermented soybeans. Rich in protein and B2 vitamins, it’s thought to help prevent everything from heart attacks to osteoporosis, but is definitely an acquired taste. Natto over rice with  shoyu and mustard or negi is actually a great, nutritious meal if you don’t  have a lot of money.
