MOUNTAIN VIEW — Midori Kai Inc., a non-profit professional business women’s organization, will present its 11th annual Arts and Crafts Boutique on Saturday, Sept. 10, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Mountain View Buddhist Temple Hall, 575 N. Shoreline Blvd. in Mountain View.
This boutique features artist and crafters from throughout the western U.S. and Hawaii, food sales and a raffle. Entertainment this year includes performances by Lotus Preschool Singers at10:30 a.m. and Halau Napuaokamokihana’ohaikapolioluana at 2:30 p.m.
Proceeds from the boutique are awarded to non profit organizations. This year’s recipients are the Japanese American Museum of San Jose, San Francisco Asian Women’s Shelter, Yu-Ai Kai (Keiro Kai event) and the Ed Iwasaki Memorial Scholarship.
