Hulu (www.hulu.com) is celebrating the prolific career of iconic Japanese director Akira Kurosawa by making 24 of his Criterion films available free all weekend.

“Yojimbo,” starring Toshiro Mifune.

March 23 is Kurosawa’s birthday. He was born in 1910 and died in 1998 at the age of 88.
