Hadley Recognizes Keiro Founder


hadley-omatsu-for-webAssemblymember David Hadley (R-Torrance) presented a Certificate of Recognition to Frank Omatsu on Sept. 20 at the Japanese American National Museum in Little Tokyo. Omatsu is the last surviving founding member of the Board of Directors of Keiro Senior HealthCare Services, which was established in 1961. The other founders were George Aratani, Edwin Hiroto, Kiyo Maruyama, James Mitsumori, Gongoro Nakamura, Joseph Shinoda, and Fred Wada. Omatsu has endorsed Hadley for re-election in the 66th Assembly District.
