William Minoru Nakagawa, 71-year-old, Gardena California born, resident of Carson, passed away on February 7, 2010. Public funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 18, 11 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles.
