Funeral services for the late Ioko Miura, 76-year-old Fukushima-ken, Japan-born resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on July 4, will be held on Thursday, July 9, 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Church, 222 S. Hewitt St., Los Angeles with Father Richard Hoynes officiating.

Ioko is survived by daughter, Ellen Mayumi (Thomas) Miessler of Florida; son, Kenneth Tetsuo (Sallie) Miura of Arizona; sisters, Keiko (Chiai) Tomita of Japan, Chieko (Donald) Nishimura, and Kumiko (Katsuko) Mizuno of Japan; brothers, Norio (Noriko) Ouchi and Norihide (Atsuko) Ouchi, both of Japan; grandchildren, Andrew Takashi and Nicole Harumi, and Lauren Mayumi Miura of Arizona, Aimee Yuri Miessler of Florida.
