July 27-28 — The Southeast Japanese School and Community Center, 14615 Gridley Rd. in Norwalk, will host its 50th anniversary Cultural Festival and Ondo (Obon) from 3 to 10 p.m. on Saturday and from 2 to 8 p.m. on Sunday. Admission to the festival is free and open to the public. Activities will include traditional dance, live music and taiko, games, food, and cultural exhibits.
