Thomas Kenjiro Okutsu

Private graveside services for Thomas Kenjiro Okutsu, 86-year-old Seattle, Wash.-born resident of Monterey Park who passed away on Aug. 9 at his residence, were held on Saturday, Aug. 22 at Rose Hills Memorial Park, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

He is survived by his wife, Toshiko Okutsu; daughters, Kathryn Masako (Steven A.) Foster, Marjorie Shigeko (Robert) Greenwald and Dorothy Kazuko Okutsu; son, Thomas Toshio (Rebecca) Okutsu; grandsons, Bennett C. Foster and Andrew Kenjiro (Nicole) Okutsu; granddaughter, Amanda Mariko (Ernest) Lemons; four great grandchildren; brother, Anthony Toyoshige Okutsu; sister, Haruko Shimozawa of Japan; many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
