Long Beach Japanese Cultural Center to Host Fundraiser


LONG BEACH — A fundraiser for the victims of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami will be held on Sunday, March 27, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Gardens on the campus of Cal State Long Beach, 1250 Bellflower Blvd.

The Long Beach Japanese Cultural Center is hosting the event. There will be a candlelight vigil at 7 p.m., so bring your check book and a candle. Join in with the LBJCC to show your support during this time of need.

Long Beach Mayor Bob Foster and many other dignitaries will be in attendance.
