SAN FRANCISCO — The Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California and Japanese Community Youth Council present their annual Halloween Carnival on Friday, Oct. 30, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the JCCCNC, 1840 Sutter St. in San Francisco Japantown.
The family-friendly event will feature games, a bouncy house, a haunted hallway, a costume contest, and prizes. GenRyu Arts will perform.
