Funeral services for the late Sandra Hatsuko Shimizu-Ikari, 62-year-old Alamosa,Colo.-bornSansei resident of Buena Park who passed away on July 28 after a courageous battle against cancer will be held on Saturday, Aug. 8, 11 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden” officiated by Rev. Clifford Ishigaki.
She is survived by her children, Brian (Susan) Shimizu, Lisa Shimizu-Fookes and Keith (Nina) Shimizu; grandchildren, Ryan Fookes, Nolan, Maya and Lauren Shimizu; parents, Ted and Grayce Ikari; siblings, Joyce (Ralph Maldonado) Lord and Jimmy Ikari. Also survived by many other relatives.
