A memorial service for Kazuko Matsumoto, 84-year-old, Long Beach, Calif.-born Nisei, who passed away on Jan. 17, 2015 in Long Beach, will be held Monday, Feb. 23, 2015 at 4 p.m. at the Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, Miller Children’s Hospital Conference Room A1/A2, 2801 Atlantic Ave., Long Beach. Attendees are requested to enter through the Miller Children’s Hospital entrance located at the east end of the hospital. Family requests that flowers be omitted.

She is survived by her cousins, Takemi (Lina) Matsumoto, Sachiko (Ray) Shigemasa, and Ikuko (George) Kawahara; caregivers, Yukie Inoue, Emiko Arai, Leiko Brown; also survived by many other friends and relatives here and in Japan.
