He is survived by his wife, Nobuko Tanaka; children, Bob, Lester (Nina), Roger Tanaka and Grace (David) Uyeshima; grandchildren, Dennis, Scott Uyeshima and Alyssa, Spencer, Logan Tanaka; siblings, Joe (Kyoko) Tanaka of Japan and Kikue (James) Sameshima; sister-in-law, Yasuko Sugimoto; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
